We encourage you to contact us and arrange a meeting, during which we will answer all your questions and guide you through the admissions process.

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

Adaptation

Starting the preschool journey is an important moment for both the child and their parents.

It is a time full of new experiences, building relationships and gradually getting to know the surroundings.

At Rubik Music School, we place great importance on ensuring that the adaptation process is gentle, supportive and understanding, giving each child a sense of safety and comfort.

How does the adaptation process work?

We invite you to our preschool, where every child can joyfully discover the world, develop their talents and feel safe from the very first days! 😊

Gradual introduction to preschool

The first days are a time to get familiar with the new place. We organise short adaptation visits, during which the child can get to know the preschool space, teachers and peers in a friendly atmosphere.

Support from teachers and parents

Teachers are fully committed to making sure every child feels seen, safe and cared for. We encourage parents to actively support this process by talking about preschool, reading themed books together and building a positive attitude towards this new stage in the child’s life.

Individual approach

We understand that every child adapts at their own pace. Our team tailors its approach to each child’s needs and emotions, providing the right level of support throughout the process.

Rituals and predictability

A consistent daily routine gives children a sense of security and helps them settle into the new environment. Regular times for meals, play and rest support the adaptation process and help the child build trust and confidence in their new surroundings.

Close cooperation with parents.

We keep parents regularly informed about their child’s progress, share observations and agree on the best support strategies together. Open communication allows us to ensure a smooth adaptation process and positive preschool experiences.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a child’s adaptation process at preschool look like?

During the first few days, the child stays at preschool together with a parent from 10:00 to 12:00. We then gradually extend the time the child spends independently, adjusting it to their individual needs. The whole process is calm and pressure-free.

Is the preschool bilingual?

Yes! Every day, we use the language immersion method — each group has an English-speaking teacher who communicates with the children in English. This allows children to acquire the language naturally in everyday situations.

What do music classes look like?

Music is at the heart of our preschool! Music classes are held every day — children explore rhythms, sing, play instruments and discover the world of sounds through joyful play.

What are the preschool opening hours?

The preschool is open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. During this time, we provide care, engaging activities, healthy meals and daily outdoor play.

What do children eat?

We serve four meals a day: breakfast, soup, a main course and an afternoon snack. We make sure the menu is healthy and varied. At parents’ request, we can adapt meals to the child’s special dietary needs.

Do children use the playground?

Yes! We have a large, safe playground — a wonderful place for movement and outdoor play.

Does the preschool offer specialist support?

Of course — we work with specialists such as a speech therapist and a psychologist, who support children in their everyday development and help them through more challenging moments.

Are there cameras in the preschool?

Yes, the preschool is monitored, providing additional safety for children and peace of mind for parents.

What does communication with teachers look like?

Parents stay in regular contact with teachers — both when picking up their child and through the app, where we regularly share updates, photos and messages about what is happening at the preschool.
